Senior Pensions Administrator

  • You will be responsible for the administration of Alpha Wealth’s Group Pension Schemes from start to finish
  • Liasing with corporate clients in relation to the day to day administration of the group schemes such as payroll, addition of new members, leavers and any other ad hoc queries
  • You will manage the processing of new business applications of group pensions and deal directly with the Life Assurance companies to ensure these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • You will communicate with clients over phone and email keeping them updated on the progress of their application/s.
  • You will take ownership of all aspects of our corporate client book which includes providing quarterly updates to clients.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of compliance such as Anti Money Laundering requirements and Consumer Protection Code requirements.
  • You will support Financial Advisors with any ad hoc administration duties.

Financial Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Advisor role at Alpha Wealth in our Cork office. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide clients with personalised financial advice, analyse financial situations, recommend strategies for wealth growth and protection and assist in financial goal setting. Building strong client relationships, staying updated on financial trends and ensuring compliance with regulations are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  1. QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) in Full
  2. Proven experience in financial planning, investment management and retirement planning
  3. Strong knowledge of financial products, services and regulatory requirements
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to analyse complex financial information and provide recommendations
  6. Proficiency in financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting
  7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding ethical standards in financial advising
