The Team at Alpha have over 60 years combined financial services experience between them. Nick Charalambous describes the team “I am delighted with the blend of skills and attributes of each member of the team. Whilst we are a young company all of the individuals have worked in large Financial Services companies and all share the same vision of what is important to Alpha Wealth which is client service. The advisory staff are all QFA qualified and we felt that is important in this highly regulated environment”.
Born in Cyprus, and educated in London, I have worked in London in Investment banking and Cork, for over 20 years. I have built up extensive knowledge of the financial services environment which I share with our clients in many different areas.
Alpha Wealth main objective is to enhance and protect the financial well-being of our clients and their families with specialised advice in a broad range of services including advice in Financial Budgeting, Mortgage advice, all types of Insurances, Savings accounts & Tax incentive schemes.

Rebecca O'Callaghan QFA
Financial Services Director
Rebecca joined Alpha Wealth in December 2013. She is a graduate of the University of Limerick with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance. Rebecca has worked for large Multinationals both in Ireland and in the Isle of Man.
Rebecca’s previous roles were in broader Insurance markets. Rebecca has been promoted twice since joining the company and is integral to Alpha Wealth’s success leading to a personal achievement Award for Rebecca from the Irish Brokers Association, in October 2015.
Rebecca is managing and overseeing all aspects of Alpha Wealth but also working as a para-planner dealing with complex issues alongside one of the Senior Financial Advisors.
Financial Services Manager
Tracie joined Alpha Wealth in 2015, previously having completed a Degree in Business Studies & Marketing. With over 10 years of Finance experience, 6 of which were in Permanent TSB where Tracie worked in Finance and administration. Tracie’s role is to manage all functions of Business in Alpha Wealth. This includes overseeing all Life, Pension & Investment Business through various platforms of Personal, Company and Pension Investors.
Tracie manages client portfolios and is also fully responsible for liaising with all Product Providers and Life Offices with which Alpha Wealth has agencies and overseeing the Financial Advisors work. Tracie is also responsible for the Compliance function for Alpha Wealth and completed her Qualified Financial Advisor qualification in 2016.
David is a qualified and experienced financial advisor with an extensive knowledge of financial services. He is a graduate from UCC with an honours Bachelor Degree in Government. David entered Bank of Ireland in a customer service role in 2014 and quickly progressed to advisor level after completing his Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) and finally to a Mortgage Specialist for East Cork before making the move to Alpha Wealth to pursue a career in financial planning.
David’s role includes advising in the areas of insurances, pensions and savings and investments. David places a huge value on forming professional and valued relationships with clients from all walks of life, both business owners and individuals, and strives to save them money, make them money and add value at every interaction by providing independent and straight talking financial advice. He is also motivated to keep pursuing further qualifications such as the Professional Diploma in Retirement Planning Advice (RPA) to improve his expertise and credibility in serving Alpha Wealth’s clients.
Senior Life and Pensions Administrator
Rachel joined Alpha Wealth in 2017. She recently graduated from Cork Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Honours Degree in International Business and French as well as graduating from IUT Lyon with a diploma in Mixed Management in an International Context. Rachel’s role is to manage Life and Pension Administration and to liaise with both life companies and clients. In addition to this Rachel oversees marketing activities at Alpha Wealth
Marketing and Business Development Manager
Keenan is a recent graduate who has a passion for Marketing and Business Development. He has recently completed a Bsc (Hons) degree in International Business with French at Cork Institute of Technology. Keenan’s role at Alpha Wealth is to manage the Marketing and Business Development functions. This will include overseeing all social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Keenan began his journey at Alpha Wealth as an intern and is now determined to help grow Alpha Wealth’s presence in the market.
